Cancellation Policy
As a consumer, you have the following right of cancellation:
You may cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in text form (e.g., letter, e-mail). The period begins no earlier than upon receipt of this cancellation policy.

Exceptions to the right of cancellation:
- Audio and video recordings if unsealed
- Mouthpieces, reeds, and other hygiene items if the seal has been removed
- Services, if they have been fully performed and the customer agreed in advance
Consequences of Cancellation
In case of cancellation, received services must be returned. The customer must provide compensation for any deterioration of the goods beyond what is necessary to check the goods, as would be possible in a retail store.
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, except if the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones. We do not accept shipments with postage due.
