In individual cases, higher shipping costs may be due due to the dimensions of the product.
The reason for this is that this system only knows the weight and not the dimensions of the products.
If not agreed for the individual case, we deliver in the safest and most cost-effective way.
As a rule, the following postage and packaging costs apply:
0-1kg - €5.00
1-10 kg - €7.00
10-20kg - €12.50
20-31 kg - €15.00
We deliver by DPD or DHL including package insurance up to €520 per package!
- Shipping for sheet music, books and sound carriers: € 3.00 flat rate
- Registered mail and additional insurance: Calculation at cost price.
- Bulky goods and valuables: Calculation at cost price.
- Shipping costs abroad: same as domestic, plus additional costs at cost price.
Exception:
For example Switzerland. Since shipping is quite expensive (€ 30 up to 5 kg), we can send small goods as Maxibrief International by registered mail. It then costs €10 up to 1 kg and €19 up to a maximum of 2 kg, but is only insured up to approx. €35.
