1. Delivery is at the risk of the customer. As soon as the goods have been handed over to a transport company by Zauberflöte-Mannheim company, the risk is transferred to the customer. This also applies to partial deliveries. Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
2. All prices are cash payment prices including VAT plus any packaging and transport costs that may arise.
3. The goods must be checked for transport damage immediately after receipt by the customer or his representative. Any transport damage that can be determined must be reported in writing immediately. The customer must have packaging damage confirmed in writing by the transport company upon acceptance of the goods.
4. Information on delivery times is generally non-binding unless a specific delivery time has been agreed in writing.
1. Defects or damage that can be traced back to culpable or improper handling or improper installation as well as the use of unsuitable accessories or changes to the original parts by the customer or a third party not commissioned by Zauberflöte-Mannheim are also excluded from the warranty.
2. Natural wear and tear is also excluded from the warranty.
3. If the customer accepts the goods or the object of the order despite being aware of a defect, he is only entitled to warranty claims to the extent described below if he expressly reserves the right to do so in writing immediately after receipt of the goods.
4. The customer is only entitled to warranty claims due to existing transport damage if he has complied with his obligation to examine and report in accordance with Section 2, Item 3. This does not apply if the customer is a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB.
5. The warranty period for new items is 24 months. The period begins with transfer of risk. The warranty period for used items is one year. If the customer is an entrepreneur within the meaning of § 14 BGB, the warranty period for new items is one year and for used items six months from the transfer of risk.
6. If there is a defect in the purchased item for which the Magic Flute-Mannheim company is responsible, the Magic Flute-Mannheim company is entitled to choose between remedying the defect or making a replacement delivery.
1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the invoices of the company Zauberflöte-Mannheim are payable immediately and without deduction.
2. If the customer is in arrears with the payment of the purchase price, the sum of the purchase price shall be subject to interest during the period of arrears at five percentage points above the respective base interest rate in accordance with Section 1 of the Discount Rate Transition Act of June 9, 1998. If the company Zauberflöte-Mannheim has demonstrably incurred a higher damage caused by the delay, the company Zauberflöte-Mannheim is entitled to assert this.

Applicable law, place of jurisdiction
German law applies exclusively to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention if the customer is an entrepreneur. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes between the contractual partners is Mannheim, the headquarters of the Magic Flute Mannheim, if the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law or if the customer has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
Should individual provisions or formulations of the aforementioned components of our homepage be ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining components remains unaffected.
